Aritan has been involved in commercial fishing since 1993. Bossard got married to Aritan in 1999. The couple have teamed up to defend their businesses. They believe in conservative, sustainable management of sustainable seafood resources. Otolith was created in Philadelphia by Bella Bossard, now mother to two kids aged 3 and 1, Bossard.
